Just go to the Rockford Hills, dude. There's always at least one Gauntlet around the movie theater parking lot. Easy find.
Honestly? I just steal 'em whenever I see 'em. They spawn randomly in traffic too. Just keep an eye out around the city areas, especially during the day.
