Helena can be found in Blueberry, a small town in Red County, chilling with her rifle at the shooting range next to the Ammu-Nation. Look for her on top of the steps at the back of the range from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 02:00. She's all about that marksman life, so show up looking sharp and not too buff; she likes her partners with a loner vibe.

Just gonna say it - finding Helena is more trouble than it's worth. She's on a farm in Flint Range, and if you don't like the countryside or shooting, don't bother.
