Finding MacCready? Easy peasy. Go straight to Goodneighbor, find the Third Rail bar, and look for the guy trying too hard to look tough. That's our MacCready. A couple hundred caps and he's all yours. Money well spent for the best sniper companion, if you ask me.

You're looking for MacCready, our favorite mercenary with a heart of slightly tarnished gold? Head on over to the Third Rail, a bar located in Goodneighbor. You'll find him chilling there, probably sipping on something strong. Just chat him up and he can be convinced to join your squad. Remember, you gotta pay him 200 caps, but it's totally worth it for his sharpshooting skills.
MacCready? Just skip him. There鈥檚 plenty of other companions in Fallout 4 that won鈥檛 charge you 200 caps just for the pleasure of their company. Save those caps for ammo.
