I always find Magnetite in the Prawn Suit within the Lost River biome. It's like striking gold but underwater!

Magnetite is in the Jellyshroom Cave and the Lost River. Check around for those shiny black rocks!

Head to the Mountain biome or the Dunes. Magnetite can sometimes be lying around the seabed or inside shale outcrops.
