Morphine can be found in medical supply caches throughout the city. Make sure to check out strongholds and mission areas for a higher chance!
You can find morphine by completing side missions and exploring the open world. It's often a random drop from enemies and crates.
Focus on higher-level areas and you'll have a better chance of morphine dropping from enemies and containers.
Just keep doing activities in the game, it'll drop eventually. No secret sauce here!
