The Mysterious Wandering Trader pops up every weekend, usually from Friday to Monday. Check your radio menu and scan for radio signals to locate them!

Just drive around and you'll find the Mysterious Wandering Trader near one of the enclave locations. Keep an eye on your map for the trader icon that appears.
