Planes in GTA 5? You'll find them at Los Santos International Airport and at smaller airfields like Sandy Shores and Grapeseed. Just watch out for security at the big airport, they're not fans of tourists on the runway. Another hot spot is the military base, but that's if you're feeling lucky (or invincible).
Honestly, just steal a jet from the military base. It's a rite of passage in GTA 5. Good luck!
