Sandshrew can usually be found in desert or sandy areas IRL, but who has time for that? Try looking in sunny and dry climates, or near parks. I've had the most luck near hiking trails and sandy beaches.

Just caught one last week in a local park! Honestly, try checking spots with gravel or sandy soil – they seem to love it there.

Sandshrew's pretty common in the wild when it's sunny weather in the game. Just go out exploring on a bright day.

Your best bet is to search during special events or spotlight hours. Niantic loves those limited-time boosts. Keep an eye on the game's announcements!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
