You can find silk by farming spiders in the Cursed Forest. They drop silk when defeated. It's a bit creepy but effective!

Head over to Farbane Woods and look for chests in bandit camps. They sometimes have silk.

I always grind silk from the spider caves in the Cursed Forest. Bring your best gear because those spiders don't play nice!
