You can find Table Coral samples in Subnautica Below Zero along the walls of twisty bridges and just north of the drop pod starting point. Just remember to bring a knife, because you'll need to cut the Table Coral to collect samples.

I've found them easily in the Twisty Bridges biome, usually around 100 meters down. Happy hunting!
Table Coral samples are usually found in Twisty Bridges and near the Thermal Spires. Just keep an eye on the walls!
