If your PS5's on the fritz, the best place to start is Sony's official PlayStation Repair Services. They have certified techs who know their stuff. Just head to their website, fill out a service request, and ship your console for repair.

Honestly, just send it to Sony. They built it; they can fix it best.

Had the same issue! Sent mine to Sony PlayStation Repair Services and got it back running like new. It didn't take too long, and they were super professional.

You could also try local electronics repair shops, but make sure they have experience with PS5s. Always check reviews before handing over your precious console!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
