You can catch Largemouth Bass in Stardew Valley at the Mountain Lake near the Mines. It's available all seasons except winter, from 6 AM to 7 PM. Make sure your fishing rod is ready and maybe bring some snacks; it could take a few tries to hook this fish!

Largemouth Bass? Oh, you鈥檒l wanna hit up the Mountain Lake. Early riser? Good, 'cause these fish are biting between 6 AM and 7 PM. Don't bother in winter though, they're off on a vacation or something.

Largemouth Bass fishing is a scam. Just upgrade your farm instead.

Honestly, just buy it from the traveling cart if fishing's not your jam. She shows up on Fridays and Sundays near the Forest, and sometimes she has Largemouth Bass for sale. Saves the hassle of fishing if you ask me.
