Crafting a crossbow in Fallout 76? Piece of cake! First, you'll need to snatch the crossbow plan. Head over to the Palace of the Winding Path, Pioneer Scout Camp, or sometimes at vendors. Once you got the plan, gather all the materials, and you're set to craft your very own at any weapons workbench. Happy hunting!

Quick tip: just kill a Scorched wieldin' one. Sometimes, you gotta take the easy route, ya know? Just roam around enough, and you'll bump into a Scorched carrying a crossbow. Boom, now it's yours.

Found mine at a vendor - didn't bother with the crafting hustle. It was pricey but worth it for the immediate satisfaction.

Honestly, just join an event with lots of Scorched. You'll likely find one carrying a crossbow. Takes some of the grind away.
