You can find Gel Sacks in the Deep Grand Reef. Heads up, it鈥檚 pretty deep there, so make sure you've got an upgraded oxygen tank.
Gel Sacks are usually found in the Jellyshroom Cave or on the walls of deep reef biomes. Happy hunting!
