You can grab a hat by slaying bosses or completing quests! Keep an eye out for loot drops that's where most stylish ones are found.
Honestly, just buy one with Yen. It's the simplest way.
Try boss farming! Some bosses drop rare hats, but it's a grind. Good luck!
I've found some of my coolest hats by trading with other players. You'd be surprised what you can get in a good trade!
