You can't just 'get' a Phoenix whenever you want in Hogwarts Legacy. It's tied to the story, so focus on completing your quests, and eventually, you’ll encounter the majestic bird. Patience is key!

To get a Phoenix in Hogwarts Legacy, you need to progress through the main storyline until you reach a specific point where the Phoenix becomes part of the narrative. It's not something you can miss as long as you keep advancing through the game. So, keep playing, and you'll find your fiery feathered friend in due time!

Just play the game! The Phoenix comes at a certain point in the story, you can't miss it.

Actually, you don't 'get' a Phoenix in the traditional sense. It's more like it chooses to aid you at a specific part of the story. So, there's no shop or side quest that will get you a Phoenix - just follow the storyline.
