Rainbow Pokemon cards, those shiny, holographic wonders, can mostly be found in booster packs or special collections at reputable game or hobby stores. Don't forget to check online retailers like the official Pokemon website, which sometimes has exclusive deals or rarities. And of course, there's always the option of trading with other players if you've got duplicates of something they might want!

Local game shops and conventions are your best bet. I literally found my first rainbow card at a small comic con. It was a bit pricier, but worth it for the thrill of the find!

eBay. Just eBay. But seriously, while you can definitely snag some rainbow cards on eBay, make sure you're buying from sellers with good ratings to avoid fakes. Happy hunting!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
