You can sell guns at various vendors found in cities and space stations across the galaxy in Starfield. Keep an eye out for merchants in places like New Atlantis or Neon who will eagerly buy your extra weapons.

I usually offload my extra guns at Crimson Fleet outposts. They seem pretty unfussy about where the guns came from, if you know what I mean.
