Hot take: Buzz is overrated. Sure, his stun and mobility are great, but he's just not as consistent as others like Surge or Gale.
Honestly, the best chromatic Brawler might be Colette. Her super shreds through enemies and her basic attack scales with enemy health, making her perfect for tanky foes!
