Galarian Darmanitan, hands down. Its Ice-type makes it super effective against a ton of Pokémon, and it just looks awesome in its Zen Mode.
I've got both and I gotta say, it depends on your team and strategy. Sometimes you need fire, sometimes you need ice. Be versatile!
