Galaxy 2 FTW! It took the best parts of the first game and doubled down on awesome level design and fun.

Galaxy 2 is superior. Better levels, more Yoshi, and it builds on everything that made the first one great.

Super Mario Galaxy set the stage with its innovative gameplay and stunning galaxies, but Galaxy 2 polished everything to near perfection with more creativity and challenging levels. It gets my vote!

Both are fantastic, but Galaxy 2 feels like a perfect sequel that improved on the original in almost every way.

Honestly, it's hard to choose, but Super Mario Galaxy has that original magic that started it all. Sometimes OG is best!
