I've found that Jemison in the Alpha Centauri system is loaded with resources. It's pretty much a one-stop shop for everything you need!
Cheyenne seems to be a goldmine! Lots of resources and plenty of opportunities for upgrades.
From my experience, Arcturus II is packed with valuable resources. You won't be leaving empty-handed, that's for sure!
Hot take: Just bounce around different planets. No need to stick to one when the universe is this massive!
