Definitely the 'Queen & the Crone'. This one adds new legendary lords for the High Elves and Dark Elves, each with their own special units and abilities. More elves, more fun!
Get 'The Prophet & The Warlock' for its amazing mix of Skaven and Lizardmen units. Trust me, watching a giant rat with a flamethrower never gets old.
Honestly, save your cash. The base game has plenty to enjoy without spending extra on DLC.
