Both Tanjiro Kamado and Kanao Tsuyuri die in the final battle, but thanks to Nezuko's special blood and some timely medical intervention, Tanjiro is revived. Muzan Kibutsuji, the main antagonist, also meets his end in a climactic showdown.

Muzan dies. Tanjiro almost does, but gets saved. Kanao's fate is ambiguous, leaving fans in tears.
