From my takes, it looks like Bakugo has a soft spot for Kirishima. There's a strong bromance going on, but it's never confirmed as romantic.
Bakugo likes... victory? Honestly, the guy seems more married to his ambition than anything romantic. Typical shonen protagonist stuff.
No one, at least explicitly. Bakugo's got no time for love; he's too busy blowing stuff up and training like there's no tomorrow.
