As someone who finished the manga twice, I can say Mitsuri and Obanai had a pretty touching connection, but it’s more tragic than a happy ending.
The series hints at a few pairings but nothing too explicit. Tanjiro and Kanao share a close bond, and the epilogue suggests they end up together.
