Sadly, we lost a few Hashira in Demon Slayer. Rengoku Kyojuro, the Flame Hashira, dies in the Mugen Train arc while fighting Akaza. And in the manga, Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashira, meets her end at the hands of Doma.
