Who Is the Main Villain in Boruto?
I'd say Jigen tops the list as the main villain, but you can't ignore Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki either. It's a villain buffet!

Depends on where you're at in the series. Early on, it's definitely Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki.
For most of the series, the main baddies are members of the Kara organization, especially Jigen and Isshiki Ōtsutsuki. They're a real pain for Boruto and his pals!
Isshiki Ōtsutsuki is the big bad guy you've been looking for. Dude's trouble!
