If we're talking about raw power and sheer ability to lay waste, it's gotta be Sung Jinwoo. The guy starts off weaker than my grandma's wifi signal but ends up so OP he can solo dungeons that would make other S-rank hunters weep. His ability to level up and gain new powers, not to mention commanding an army of shadow soldiers, puts him in a league of his own.
Honestly, it's Thomas Andre for me. Yeah, Jinwoo is strong, but Thomas Andre's raw strength and presence as one of the top S-rank hunters globally can't be ignored. Plus, dude's charisma is off the charts.
I'll stir the pot a bit and say the System itself. Without it, Jinwoo's just a regular Joe. It's the real MVP, giving him all those crazy powers and leveling opportunities.
