Let's be real, if Batman had prep time, this wouldn't even be a contest. He'd figure out Spidey's weaknesses and exploit them.
I'll go with Spidey. I've seen the guy in action in the comics and movies. He always manages to outsmart his opponents with his quick thinking and agility.
Spider-Man! He's got superhuman strength, agility, and those awesome web-slinging moves. Plus, his spidey sense makes him super hard to hit.
