You're probably lagging due to a bad internet connection or your device might need a break. Try restarting both!
Could be the server itself. Sometimes even the best setup can't save you from a laggy server.
Make sure no one else in the house is hogging the bandwidth. Netflix marathons can be a real lag monster!
Close other apps or browser tabs. More running apps = more lag!
