You're probably in battles with Rank II and III vehicles because War Thunder's matchmaker tries to balance the teams based on the vehicles you and others are using. Upgrade your lineup, and you'll find yourself in higher-ranked battles soon!

The matchmaker in War Thunder considers the Battle Rating (BR) of your vehicles. If you pack a mix of Rank II and III vehicles, you'll end up in those mixed battles. Keep an eye on your BR to avoid this!

Easy. You're in Rank II and III battles because that's what you brought to the fight. Switch up your lineup if you want higher ranks!

It's just the game making sure matchmaking is as fair as possible. Stick with similar ranked vehicles if you want more consistent battles.
