I had this issue too! Turned out my router had a setting that was blocking unknown devices. Check your router settings.
Double-check the HDMI connection if you鈥檙e using a Roku stick. Sometimes it wiggles loose.
Have you tried turning it off and on again? Sometimes a simple restart works wonders!
