I think a lot of people feel that way because My Hero Academia focuses more on Deku and his journey, so the female characters sometimes get less screen time. But don't sleep on characters like Uraraka and Momo—they have some great moments!

I wouldn't say they're bad, maybe just underutilized. A lot of shonen series tend to focus more on male leads and battles.

Honestly, I think characters like Tsuyu and Jiro are awesome. They may not get as much focus as Deku and Bakugo, but they still have solid development. Remember that the manga isn't over yet, so there's still time for them to shine!

Hot take: The female characters aren't bad, they're just overshadowed by the sheer amount of male characters. Give them a chance!
