Why are there Missing Characters in Tekken 7?

The developers made space for new characters and content, so some old faces had to sit this one out. They might come back in the future!
It's all about balancing and keeping the roster unique. More characters doesn't always mean a better game!
They want us to spend money on DLC. Simple as that.
I miss my main, too! But trust me, the new characters and customization options make it worth it. Plus, you never know, your fave might make a comeback!
