Could be a glitch in the matrix or just too many people trying to play `Halo` at once. It happens!
Maintenance is the most common reason. Sometimes, they do it to improve services or fix bugs. It doesn't usually last long!
Could be an issue on Microsoft's end or high traffic. Either way, they'll have it back up soon (hopefully!).
In my experience, it's usually because of scheduled maintenance or a surge in online traffic.
