Why Aren't There More Seasons of Hunter x Hunter?
The creator, Yoshihiro Togashi, has had health issues which have caused delays in the manga's production. Fans are still hopeful for more though!

Togashi's health problems have slowed down the manga's progress – no manga, no new anime seasons!
The biggest reason there aren't more seasons is that the manga creator, Yoshihiro Togashi, takes frequent and extended breaks due to health issues. So we're all just waiting for more chapters!
Honestly, it's all about the manga not being far enough ahead. No new manga chapters means no new stuff to animate.
Hot take: It's better to have fewer high-quality seasons than more mediocre ones. Quality over quantity!
