You can get Mewtwo in Super Smash Bros Ultimate by either unlocking him through gameplay or by purchasing the Fighter Pass DLC which includes him.

You don't need to do anything special; Mewtwo is already included in the base roster. Just keep playing and he'll show up eventually.
