If you're under 13, trading options can be restricted depending on your settings. Check with a parent or guardian.
Make sure you're not in a private server and that your trading settings are on! Sometimes it's just a quick settings fix.
Could just be a glitch. Try logging out and back in, or restarting your device.
Been there! Often it's because parental controls are restricting you from trading. Ask the account holder to adjust the settings.
