Honestly, sometimes Facebook just wants to keep it simple. Stick with 'like' for now and love 'em in your heart!
You might be scrolling on a post from a page or group where reactions are limited. Check out a friend's post to see if it's the same.
Facebook might just be having a bad day! Refresh the page or try updating the app; that usually fixes things for me.
