Make sure you've collected all three Cyclops fragments: Bridge, Hull, and Engine. You'll need to craft them at the Mobile Vehicle Bay.

First, you need to find and scan all the Cyclops blueprint fragments. They're usually found in wrecks and near Reaper Leviathan territories. Stay safe!

Check if you have the required resources! You'll need Plasteel Ingots, Enameled Glass, Lubricant, Advanced Wiring Kit, and Lead.

Sometimes it's just a bug! Save your game and reload it. If that doesn't work, try verifying your game files.

Are you trying to build it at the right location? You need the Mobile Vehicle Bay to construct the Cyclops, not your Habitat Builder.
