You might be having a tech glitch. Try signing out and back in or even using another browser or device.
You should contact Xbox support. They can help you cancel the subscription if you're having trouble. Here's the link: https://support.xbox.com/
Check if there's an outstanding balance on your account! Sometimes they block cancellations if you owe money.
Are you on a family plan or shared account? Sometimes family settings restrict subscription changes, so check with the main account holder.
