Sometimes, certain Pokémon are just more difficult to catch. Keep trying, and eventually, you'll get it!
Make sure you're using the right type of Poké Ball and try throwing curveballs to increase your catch rate!
It could be a glitch. Restart the app or your phone, and see if the problem persists.
User error, plain and simple. Make sure you're flicking the Poké Ball correctly. Practice makes perfect!
