Try restarting Fortnite. Sometimes the game just needs a nudge to get everything running smoothly again.
Happened to me before! Make sure none of the keys/buttons are stuck or that your character isn't in an emote.
Update your drivers! Outdated software can cause input issues, especially on PC.
Glitches happen. Restart and see if it helps. No luck? Reinstall might be the way to go.
