Check if your Sims are trapped by furniture or walls. You might need to rearrange your house a bit to free them up.

If your Sims are stuck, try exiting the game and reopening it. Sometimes a quick restart does the trick!

Make sure your Sims aren't too busy! They can't move if they're currently doing a task or action like cooking or gardening.

Just had this happen to me! I closed the app, restarted my device, and everything worked fine after that.
