If your Spotify's in Offline mode, it won't play anything not already downloaded. Switch back online and retry!

As a premium subscriber, I've noticed some regional restrictions. Might not be your fault, just Spotify protecting the rights.

Sometimes Spotify will restrict songs in certain countries because of licensing agreements. It sucks, but it happens!

Honestly, it's probably just a licensing issue. Artists and record labels can be pretty protective.
