TikTok comments might be hidden if the creator disabled comments for that video. Check another video to see if comments show up there.
Happens to me too when TikTok's servers are having issues or under maintenance. Usually, it fixes itself after a while.
It could be a connectivity issue. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data or restarting your device.
Have you checked your internet connection? Sometimes a flaky connection can mess with the comment section.
