Sometimes new features roll out gradually. If your friend has it and you don鈥檛, just be patient. Instagram might bless your feed soon!
Double-check your app permissions. Sometimes, not granting full permissions can mess with new features showing up.
I had the same issue! Turns out, Notes is not available in all regions yet. So, maybe it's just not in your area.
