Happened to me last week! Turned out my headset mic was faulty. Check your hardware just in case.
Make sure you haven't server-muted yourself or been muted by a server admin. Also, check your input device settings!
Pro tip: Check if you've accidentally set a push-to-talk key and aren't pressing it. Happened to me more times than I'd like to admit.
