Just check your inventory or abilities menu; sometimes pills get misplaced or deactivated. It happened to me too.
Red pill might be locked for your character type or rank. Make sure you're meeting the requirements to use it.
Maybe you're trying to use it in the wrong area. Some abilities and items are restricted to certain zones.
The red pill might only be available during special events or for purchase with Soul Points. Check the in-game store or event calendar.
